Absolutely!  Our goal is to help fulfill Canada’s medicinal cannabis needs through our premier mail order service.  We are here to:

  1. Provide quality medicines at a reasonable price;
  2. Maintain high quality in our products and services;
  3. Keep good Harm Reduction standards and practices.

We will gladly work with you to help you find strains and derivatives that will help you with your condition(s) and improve your quality of life!

** CCC’s policy is to always offer the same price on all of our top-shelf strains. We do this so that you do not have to choose your medicine based on your budget.
All of our top-shelf strains get equal pricing, therefore you get an equal opportunity to purchase the strain(s) you require, without compromising your financial situation.

How do I place an order?2017-01-29T14:46:10+00:00

To place an order, simply add the items that you wish to purchase to your “Shopping Cart”.  When you have finalized your selections, choose “Checkout”, enter your current shipping address, select your preferred shipping method, and then confirm your order.  You will receive an notification by e-mail that your order has been received.  Send your payment to us once your order has been finalized, and we will fulfill your order as soon as we are able.

If we receive your order and payment before 8am Pacific Time on any given business day, we will ship it out to you on the same day.  The only exception is on Monday.  Please finalize your order and payment before 8pm Pacific Time on Sunday evening in order to ensure shipment on Monday.

We will e-mail you if we require any further information to process your order, including any substitutions that may be necessary.  You will always get to choose your medicine with us, there will be no surprises when you open your package.  You will then receive a second notification with your tracking number, which will be provided upon shipment of your order.

Delivery Delays / Issues2017-01-29T14:57:23+00:00

If your package has not been delivered within Canada Post’s stated delivery timeframe, it is very likely that the postal system is experiencing a parcel delay.  You should see your order within another 1-3 days.  If you have noticed that the expected delivery date has passed, please e-mail us and we will determine what our next step should be.

In the event of non-delivery or a missing package, CCC’s policy is to ship a second package at no cost to you.  However, we ask that if/when the first package shows up, you would simply pay for the replacement package when you are able.

Rest assured, the vast majority of “missing” packages eventually find their way to their intended destination.
