Holiday Changes to Xpresspost Delivery Guarantees

Hello everyone!

As we enter into the 2017 holiday season, we need to inform you of changes to Canada Post’s delivery guarantees.  Due to high volume that will continue throughout the month of January, Canada Post will not be able to honour their Xpresspost delivery guarantees as they usually do.  This means that even though their tracking information will give an expected delivery date, they cannot guarantee that your packages will always be delivered during this guaranteed time frame.

Please be aware that Xpresspost deliveries may be delayed up to several days during this time, and prepare your orders accordingly.  Here at CCC, we will always offer same-day shipping, as long as we have received the order and payment before 8am Pacific Time on any given business day.  After that, it is up to Canada Post to deliver your package to you as quickly as they are able.

If you need to receive your medicine more swiftly, please consider upgrading to PUROLATOR Courier.  If you are in need of assistance with the cost of using the courier shipping option, please email us and we will do what we can for you.  In almost all cases, Purolator delivers within 1-2 business days, with some exceptions for rural areas.
